Chicago Police Sergeant Edward OBrien resolved a domestic dispute by phone after a wife reported her drunk husband causing a rumpus. A man urged no squad and promised to go to bed. The sergeant asked the woman if she was satisfied. she thanked him and said he fixed it up. He wondered who they had been.
