Refugees of the Vietnam War Find Aid in IRC Program
The International Rescue Committee aids South Vietnam's vast refugee exodus starting in 1954 with North Vietnamese departures. It runs emergency relief health and public health work, five day care centers, and a Lai Thieu community development project turning uprooted people into a self supporting village. Refugees are not forgotten.
