Girl Scout Day Camp Plans Announced For June Opening
The Girl Scout Day Camp staff is set and camp will run June 18 at the Shrine Club Pavilion on the Cairo Road. Wits Frances Seery leads as camp chairman with Mrs. Guy May director and a team of unit leaders and counselors. Camp runs 2 to 7 30 p.m. daily with swimming at Boxhall Plantation pool and safety supervision by volunteers. Registration is closed and the $3 fee covers craft materials and refreshments.

In Ochlocknee Baptist Church the marriage of Miss Joan Ethel Chastain and Charlie Haines Stewart Jr. was performed Sunday at 5 30 PM by Rev Cecil Bearden and Rev J Gorham Garrison. The couple's families hosted a reception in the church parlor with sunburst arrangements and piano selections.
