Youth arson suspected in Yonkers center fire deaths
Yonkers police issued a first-degree arson warrant for 17 year old Thomas Ruppert, a part time maintenance helper at the Yonkers Jewish Community Center, linked to a December 20 blaze that killed 12 people including nine children and three adults. Rep Maston O Neal says the GA Department of Health transfer application for the vacated Veterans Administration hospital in Thomasville to a state mental health program is in order.
