The city seeks bids for a street improvement project with a 100 percent contract bond and a six year maintenance bond at 25 percent. Sureties must be approved by the mayor and council. Cash payments by the city and Baby Bonds for nonpaying property owners. Plans available at city clerk or engineers offices. $30 deposit for plans, one third refunded with bid.
