Jerome Hines TEF Concert Called One of Best Shows
Jerome Hines delivered a superb concert with a polished repertoire and a skilled accompanist Alexander Alexay. He portrayed Leoporello from Mozart Don Giovanni and featured Tsar Boris's son role for Lynn Keadle, ending in a dramatic death scene. The program included preludes by Shostakovich and Gershwin, plus Handel style pieces Green Eyed Dragon and Old Mother Hubbard and a Lord's Prayer arrangement. Audience praise labeled the performance one of TEF's best.
