Two year old Eric Nell, son of Ozzie and Harriet Nelson, is recovering at St. Sep Hospital after a sports car skid in California. He sustained a leg injury bruises and contusions in the accident.
A boy named Hennigan, seven, found a frog with five legs in a pond near San Diego. A professor at Diego State College said such a specimen was never seen before by the department of science.
Four terms are listed including Seuthe who escaped from a North Carolina prison. Names Charles Hooks Carl Crooks and Junior Willard Lane appear in the text as members of the group.

Sleatland Yard police waited in the bank all day for further gas but no suspects appeared.
Undersheriff Carlton Woodlin said Thomas Loman a 24 year old 6 foot 4 inch football player from Washington DC took the Cadillac from a parking place in the capital. He drove to Philadelphia and then west of the city where he lost control. The car hit a lawn steps a mailbox and a field. The driver was unhurt and faces drunken driving and license charges.
In Columbus Ohio a female gorilla born in captivity at 8 45 am Saturday to mother Christina and father the Baron appears stable. Officials say the infant weighed 44 pounds at birth and now 3 pounds. vet Robert Vesper notes weight fluctuation is common. The youngster is in an incubator receiving formula and warm oil rubdowns.
