Moultrie, Ga. Dec. 20 Milton A. Shirah of Colquitt county urged Georgians not to return property for taxation next year due to the lack of a state appropriation law. He warned no city or county can levy taxes in 1936 and said he will not return his property for taxation next year. The last legislature failed to pass an appropriation bill for 1936 and 1937, and Governor Talmaine refused to reconvene to address the bill.
