De mented mother drowns two children in tub
In Chester Pennsylvania a 38 year old mother Ida Twaddell carried two of her four sleeping children from their cribs and drowned them in a bathtub. Police say she was demented and she is under guard awaiting a hearing. Her husband Lafayette Twaddell is hospitalized in shock. The victims were Allison two months old and Hoover age two. The mother said she could not provide proper education for them.
