Mrs Hillman Trellinger hosted a morning kindergarten party in Bainbridge Ga for Lucretia Anne Trellinger celebrating her sixth birthday. Bainbridge Georgia hosts the first Eastern Flying Training Command Master Supervisor Training Institute for Air Forces civilian personnel. The two week program runs through May 6 with ten stations sending representatives to the Bainbridge Army Air Field. Miss Lola Mitchell represents the local flying school while Capt. K G Dyers and Mrs Mamie Sylvester supervise and instruct.

Atlanta April 28 AP Repurcussions from last week's Georgia Conference on Social Welfare include the resignation of Mrs. Jewel Marvin as executive secretary and a Columbus council call for an investigation of A J Hartley of the State Department of Public Welfare. The council accused Hartley of interfering in private agency affairs to create rifts between public and private workers and demanded denouncement of his conduct. Hartley was unavailable for comment.
