Multiple candidates announce for Sheriff of Thomas County in the forthcoming Democratic and White Democratic primaries set for June 15 1932. Gordon E Davis Homer F Glenn Herbert H Reabenr g and F L Bradstiaw pledge impartial, courteous and economical administration if elected.
Paul Searcy announces his candidacy for Tax Collector of Thomas County in the Democratic primary on June 15. He supports the Grand Jury's salary basis for the office and pledges to serve all county residents if elected.
J. D. Cooper announces candidacy for re-election as coroner in the democratic primary on June 15. He thanks supporters and asks friends to vote, promising appreciation for any efforts in his behalf.

Kerwin head of the labor conciliation bureau received a telegram from Paul W Fuller AFL educational director asking for a department conciliator to Langley South Carolina to aid in settling a two week cotton mill workers strike. Officials could not confirm a meeting with H E Thompson of the South Carolina conciliation commission and Secretary Doak said he had not heard of his coming.

Local movers advertise services while Wayne Weeks return from a South Florida honeymoon and residents frequent the American Cafe.
A Southern City article reprints Thomasville Ga discussion on wells from a Biltmore meeting. W. R. McGrew outlines well classifications, licensing, log records, and detailed log data for water safety, with emphasis on sand wells requiring strainers and state standards for well construction.

Mrs BE A McArthur of Atlanta and past president of the Georgia Rebecca Assembly will speak at the Odd Fellows Hall on South Broad Street in Thomasville tonight at 8:30 p.m. The visit aims to greet the state organization’s former leader with a full turnout of local members.
