Fire destroys Kenney's Garage plus nineteen cars at Ocean Spray
A Sunday morning blaze in Winthrop gutted a two story wooden structure once known as Potter's Stables storing grease oil and gasoline fumes. Nineteen automobiles burned with several nearby houses damaged while Revere Chelsea and East Boston units aided the fire suppression. Israel Goldberg owned the property and the scene drew firemen and onlookers for days.
