A Winthrop High Lands Association gala at Cliff House featured over 100 attendees, a direct Boston Transcript news wire, community singing, and salvos by Frank Gorman. Notables including Representative-elect Elmer E. Dawson and Edgar F. Power attended, signaling local political interest.
The report covers a year ending today with many conferences and 605 notices sent. Eight regular and one special executive board meetings averaged 20 attendees, guided by the chairman despite illness.
