Winthrop Cemetery Opens New Annex and Improvements
New annex in Winthrop Cemetery on Kowdonist side features a receiving tomb and planned chapel. Since the 1860s the grounds expanded under su perintendents Floyd and Bennison with paths, trees, and modern burial facilities making the cemetery a respected town landmark.
