Barry G Wallace Tibbetts and John P Clancy won the boards seats as 4576 votes were cast out of 193 registration in a record town election. Barry led with 2726 votes followed by Tibbetts 305 behind Joshua Remby. Ramsey 1615 Smith 982 Cartwright 524. Assessor Alfred Tewksbury re elected with 2123 votes. McCarthy 1588 Gibbons 585.
