The Garden Club of Winthrop invites all to tour the grounds of the Deane Winthrop House Friday June 9 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for its Annual Continental Breakfast. The garden work since 1934 has transformed the old New England house grounds with iris, peonies, new trees, a barberry hedge, Rosa rugosa, and a wistaria vine.
