Fourth of July Welcome to Winthrop Celebrations
The July 4th events in Winthrop are set with a full day from sunrise to midnight honoring World War veterans. Prominent committees handle parade planning, pageants, memorials, fireworks, and open house dances at yacht clubs and club houses. Tickets for all open-house events are free via the War Work Committee secretary, and residents are urged to decorate homes along waterfront areas.
