Resolution Sent by Revere Council Receives Officials Notice
The Revere City Council adopted a resolution on December 16 approved by Mayor James M. O'Brien. It was received by Park Department Chairman Albert Hayes Police Chief Wm F Pumphret and Winthrop Schools Superintendent Edward R Clarke. The December 2 meeting ordered the resolution and noted Winthrop sportsmanship at Thanksgiving events.

Santa to Visit Winthrop Tuesday Evening Route Plan Revealed
When Santa arrives in Winthrop on Tuesday December 24 he will appear at 7 30 PM as a guest of Mr and Mrs Charlesarte of Winthrop Street. He will tour the town by a planned route including Birch Road Lowel Road Pottage Park Road to Bartlett Park and other streets ending near Magee's Corner and Winthrop St. The detailed circuit passes through Pleasant Street Washington Avenue Shirley Street and Point Shirley before returning toward Revere Street and Main Street.

Stag Party Planned at Pleasant Park Yachty Club
The Pleasant Park Yachty Club will host a stag party this Friday night with 25 turkeys as prizes and door prizes of turkeys.
