Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Proceedings June 1871
The Police Jury of Calcasieu Parish met June 6 1871 to discuss road layouts bridge needs and public work. Commissioners were named to examine routes from Kyahh Coulee to Laccassine and to report at the next session while a public road to Calcasien Sulphur Mines was authorized with named appointees.
