Heroin sentences set in Shenandoah County cases
At a conference officials said overdose deaths have surpassed 23 this year in the area. Dean Roberson, 32, of Stephens City, received 15 years in prison after distributing heroin that caused an overdose in Winchester's vicinity. In Strasburg, Dwayne Fletcher and Megan Wooddell ran a distribution ring, distributing about 8,000 doses over several months.
