Suburban housing plan eyed despite dead end street limits
Council hearing on a mixed income project that would supply low to moderate rent housing at 850 to 900 dollars monthly. Officials note the development would be non subsidized, with a special use permit for apartments and a road extending 1000 feet to allow future public right of way expansion toward Remount Road. The proposal hinges on EDA plans and town zoning rulings.
