Deck the Halls Gala and Auction at BRAC

The Blue Ridge Arts Council hosts Deck the Halls fundraiser with a Premier Gala and Auction at 7 p.m. Friday inside BRAC’s building at 305 Main St. Admission is 10 dollars, with a 10 dollar discount on Deck the Halls merchandise. Warren County Sheriff's Office renewed state accreditation

The Warren County Sheriff's Office in Front Royal renewed its state accreditation for the third time, meeting 190 standards as part of Virginia’s accreditation process. Sheriff Danny McEathron praised the department, noting that only 92 of about 400 agencies in Virginia hold the accreditation, and Warrenton Police Chief Lee supported the achievement.

Two men indicted for strangulation of family members

County grand jury handed up indictments against Warrick Byron Norman and Clayton Marquis Williams for strangulation resulting in bodily injury.
