Front Royal begins bridge replacement on East 8th Street

Construction starts this week on a new two lane bridge over Happy Creek near Bing Crosby Stadium. WG Construction won a 1.82 million contract to replace the 1965 structure with a 35 foot wide culvert style span, with completion expected in February and detours in place.
