Kathleen Ault Dellinger is appointed Warren County Finance Director effective July 1 replacing Carolyn Stimmel who retired. Dellinger, a longtime CPA since 1991 and GMAC holder, brings experience from Leesburg and strong municipal accounting expertise to the post.
