Children’s Garden to grace Samuel's Public Library grounds
Front Royal resident Elsie Upchurch donated 50000 dollars to Samuel’s Public Library for a children's garden. The garden will wrap around the building with a butterfly garden herb beds musical instruments a teepee trellis and an enchanted fairy section. It will be named Norman H. and Elsie Stos sel Upchurch Garden. The project includes local contributions from the Garden Club Warren County Master Gardener Frank Baxter and area firms with landscaping by Brian Wismer of Prosperity Landscaping.
