Linden Heights Property Owners Association seeks higher sanitary district fees
The Linden Heights Property Owners Association and Warren County supervisors agreed to let the LHPCA manage the sanitary district with the county acting as collector. A March 18 public hearing will hear comments on the proposed tax rate and fees, including a $350 annual levy and a $1,500 road-use fee for 96 lots. The 2013 14 budget proposes 16,800 with a 100 percent first year collection assumption, later refined.
