Indictments Grow As Frederick County Case Heads to Sentencing
The Frederick County circuit docket lists Gifft facing sentencing on an animate object sexual penetration of a child under 13 with a sexual abnormality exam ordered before Aug. 4 in Warren County. A June grand jury returned 15 additional indictments including drugs, assault, theft, fraud.
