Traffic stop in Warren County ends with drugs and firearm arrest
On June 9 2024 Warren County Lt S M Collins stopped Xavier Davonne Roy 29 of Front Royal after a K9 alert on Virginia Avenue. Officers found drugs a Glock handgun scales and a loaded magazine. Roy faces felony and misdemeanor charges.
