County rents golf course land to electric company for storage
Warren County approved a license allowing Potomac Edison to store equipment on a 1.5 acre parcel at Front Royal Golf Club. Edison will pay $2,000 monthly through Sept 30 and carry a $1 million liability policy, aiding a club with a 2015 deficit of about $156,200 on revenue around $182,200 versus expenses of $338,500.
