Outside firm to find next manager for Front Royal

Man pies on Va. 55 Driver not ticketed in fatal pedestrian strike
Front Royal man Jeffery Green, 56, died after being struck by a vehicle on John Marshall Highway near Rite Aid. Police say the driver Jason Mallow, 36, of Front Royal struck him around 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 11. Green died at Winchester Medical Center after transfer from Warren Memorial Hospital.
