Santa delivers Christmas joy to family after heart surgery
Santa visited a Warren County home on Christmas Eve to gift a boy recovering from a heart defect surgery and his siblings. AirCare 4 helicopter, PHI Air Medical crew, and community volunteers arranged gifts, with the Diamond family aided by United Way, Warren Memorial, and Winchester Medical Center. The boy, Martiez, 15, underwent a transplant-deferring operation in 2012 and is now home recovering with a remodeled house and support from relatives and neighbors.
