Town seeks $1 million in downtown revitalization grants

FRONT ROYAL The town plans to seek 1 million in Community Development Block Grants to fund downtown revitalization. Council will consider reallocating about 400 thousand to meet the grant’s local match, with 300 thousand from the general fund and the rest from a PILOT payment.
