Agencies capture shooting suspect in Warren County
Four law enforcement agencies coordinated a high risk vehicle stop on U S 522 leading to the arrest of Demetre Dominique Skinner of Manassas on multiple counts including shooting from a vehicle and use of a firearm during a felony.
