Drugs Dominate Warren County December Indictments
A Warren County Circuit Court grand jury handed up 22 indictments in December, seven involving drugs. Notable cases include Krysten Elsen Knight on heroin distribution, Jonathan Gray on heroin possession, and Bethany Marshall on multiple drug and fraud counts, with other defendants facing theft, forgery, and larceny charges across Front Royal and Martinsburg areas.
