Humane Society clinics offer rabies vaccines and microchips August 28 10 am to 2 pm at Front Royal shelter. Rabies $15 microchip $30. Belle Grove Wine Fest August 28 11 am to 6 pm at Belle Grove Plantation Middletown with a September 29 panel on wedding timelines.
