Warren County planners back more tourist rental permits
Warren County Planning Commission endorsed six conditional use permit applications for short term tourist rentals. The panel approved permits for Moriarty at 96 Cappy Road Shenandoah District, Hansen Stuart Sarver Cherubin at 97 River Overlook Shenandoah, CAZA Legacy at 241 Wildcat Drive Shenandoah, Williams Gilbert at 244 Delicious Fork District, Williams Gilbert at 115 Lonesome Flats Fork District, and Pigeon at 540 Lakeside Drive Fork District. Pet concerns were addressed with a mitigation condition. A Merrill permit at 319 Rocky Mount Road was removed after staff noted sale of the property. The board also reviewed the Comprehensive Plan and regional demographic data.
