Albert Charles Peck 67 of Front Royal died July 28 2014 at Winchester Medical Center. A service was Aug 2 with burial at Shenandoah Memorial Park and military honors. He was a Marine Vietnam veteran and a painter and carpenter. Survived by Lois Peck and others. Frank Rutherford 81 of Front Royal died Aug 4 2014 at home, retired from Front Royal Parks and Recreation, Army veteran, VFW member, Moose Lodge member, survived by wife Dorothy Gwen Rutherford and children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings. Memorials suggested to charities. private burial at Prospect Hill Cemetery later. Thomas Phillip Archer Jr 81 of Front Royal died Aug 2 2014 at home. Memorial service Aug 8 at Maddox Funeral Home. he served in US Air Force 1952–56, worked with NASA Bendix, lived in Naples and Front Royal, survived by children and grandchildren. Memorials to several charities.
