Police arrest wanted man after standoff in Front Royal

William Christopher Mosley Jr., 34, of Richmond, was arrested after a three hour standoff with Front Royal police and county agencies. He faced charges of obstruction of justice and providing false information to law enforcement, with multiple warrants from Fauquier, Rappahannock, Warren and Stafford counties. He was held without bond in a regional jail.

Middletown to acquire 0.7-acre Main Street property
