Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe told Top of Virginia Regional Chamber members in Shenandoah University that Virginia must create a new economy as sequestration looms. He noted $9.8 billion in DoD contract cuts could cost 154000 jobs and warned of further cuts after Oct. 1 if Congress acts.

County begins impounding program in Warren County
