The Brown county board adjourned to June 8 1886 after approving legal fees and tax abatements including $15 for EB Taubman for defending H H Tubbs and rebating a $1 50 poll tax to Geo Winston. They ordered several taxes stricken or reduced for residents underage or illegally assessed and rejected a Rondell township aid petition for bridge completion.
