Notice by Minot City Council on September 8 1908 calls a special election for issuing thirty bonds of 1000 each at 6 percent to fund a waterworks distribution system. Polls open October 16 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at six ward locations with specific polling places. George L. Morrow City Auditor signs the notice.
