Gogebic exhibitors won about 1000 dollars in prize money at the Upper Peninsula State Fair. Cattle and poultry from Holsteins Guernseys and Ayrshires were shown by Gogebic breeders. E W Erickson Ironwood won top aged Guernsey and first call heifer in a 23-exhibitor ring. Three Gogebic youths earned free trips to the National Dairy Show. Governor Brucker attended the large livestock parade on Governor's Day.

Stambaugh to Open Wakefield Season as First Opponent
