Lake trout moved into shoal waters with 3-5 lb catches around Black River Harbor and Little Girls Point. Lakers led in shallow waters near Ontonagon and Silver City. Surf casting yielded fish at Union Bay and Black River Harbor break wall. Wakefield anglers Niemela and Lake caught eight rainbows 4-8 lbs on spawn and red and white daredevils. Brook trout action reported near Little Presque Isle with night crawlers and drift fishing. Bass also noted in past week.
