Miss Martha Danculovic, a 22 year old Akron schoolteacher, lost a $25,000 suit alleging seduction by State Senator Ray Derham. A federal jury found no claim against him, though letters and hotel testimony highlighted an affair with implications for a potential marriage and child born in California. Danculovic planned to press for child support but could not sue in state courts.
