Michigan 1974 races loom for Milliken and aides
Michigan State will likely see Gov. William G. Milliken seek another term with Lt. Gov. James H. Brickley as his running mate. Attorney General Frank Kelley, Secretary of State Richard Austin, and other incumbents are expected to seek re election. The four incumbents appear poised for four more years though political maneuvering remains possible into 1974.
