Wakefield City Commission approves 1946-47 budget
Regular meeting notes bills approved for payroll and refunds, plus reports on water quality and city finances. The commission accepted the proposed annual budget for 1946-47, instructed publication of notices for a public hearing, and endorsed the budget submission from the Finance Department with cautions on non budgeted expenditures.
