County Board Proceedings Crowded Budget and Committee Actions
The county board reviewed the monthly budget and directed a concise summary be added to the minutes. The Claims and Accounts Committee reported on meetings at the Court House in Bessemer on April 13 and activities from May 9 to May 12. The Conservation Committee and Forestry Commission reports were received and filed. The board approved committee actions, opened lighting bids, and authorized bids on the basement window project. Adjournment followed after routine purchasing and civil defense items.
