Korpi resigns from Winter Sports Inc board and ski program

Arnold J. Korpi, secretary treasurer of Winter Sports Inc, tendered his resignation from the board at the last meeting. He will no longer be involved with the high school recreational skiing program due to decreased school revenue. The season was productive despite a motor breakdown causing tow operation downtime. A new rope may be needed for 1962-63, and hill grooming, chalet siding, and routine maintenance require attention. A ski patrol and relief labor aided operations with some City of Wakefield support. Other officers were Roger Randall, president, and John Graves, vice president.
