Sgt Rudolph Krznarich of Wakefield Michigan serves with the 16th Constabulary Squadron Berlin Command and is a member of Troop B which has earned the Best Troop Plaque three times since its first presentation in September 1947. Troop B was also present at ceremonies on 17 January 1948 when the squadron received its colors from Colonel W F Rehm.
