Eric A Hellsten age 81 of Wakefield died Sunday at 2 30 p m at Josephsons Rest Home Ironwood where he had resided since January 1968 He was born in Sweden September 18 1890 and came to the United States in 1911 He married Lemoi Thompson in Wakefield March 19 1934 He worked for Wakefield Iron Mining Co and later for Chicago and North Western Railway Co He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and served in World War I He is survived by his daughter Mrs Raymond Johnson Blissfield two stepsons Norman Thompson Williamsburg VA and Slye Thompson Wakefield eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren Funeral services were held Thursday at 1 p m in Immanuel Lutheran Church with Rev Wallace Leno officiating Interment was in Lakeside Cemetery at 10 30 a m Thursday
